FAQs about our classes
What happens during a sound meditation session?
Each session begins with a short guided relaxation to help you settle in. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls. Some sessions may also include chimes or other therapeutic instruments—we’ll let you know in advance if that’s the case. The vibrations are designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore a sense of balance. We finish with a gentle transition back to awareness, so you leave feeling refreshed and re-centred.
Do I need any experience with meditation or sound healing?
Our sessions are suitable for everyone—whether you’re completely new or have previous experience with meditation or sound healing. Just lie back, relax, and let the sound guide you. No experience or preparation needed.
What should I bring to a session?
To help you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session, we recommend bringing:
A yoga mat
A blanket (or as many as you would like)
A pillow
Water
An eye pillow (optional, but great for enhancing relaxation)
If you’d like a little more cushioning while lying down, feel free to bring extra blankets or a thicker mat—whatever helps you feel fully supported and at ease.
